Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all services provided by DLS Telecom LLC (“DLS Telecom”)

Customers may not use DLS Telecom services for:

​

• Illegal activities

• Fraudulent telecommunications traffic

• Caller ID spoofing or deceptive practices

• Illegal robocalling or telemarketing

• False Answer Supervision (FAS)

• International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF)

• Wangiri fraud

• PBX hacking

• Traffic pumping schemes

• Any activity that may harm DLS Telecom’s network or reputation

Customers must:

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Cooperate with fraud investigations

• Respond promptly to abuse inquiries

• Maintain accurate account information

DLS Telecom reserves the right to investigate suspicious traffic and may immediately suspend or terminate services for violations of this policy.

DLS Telecom may cooperate with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, traceback organizations, and industry partners regarding suspected unlawful activity.
