These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by DLS Telecom LLC (“DLS Telecom”).

 

Services

 

DLS Telecom provides wholesale telecommunications services subject to applicable agreements, service orders, and rate schedules.

 

Compliance

 

Customers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and DLS Telecom policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

 

Payments

 

Invoices are due according to the payment terms established between the parties. Failure to make timely payment may result in service suspension or termination.

 

Service Availability

 

Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. DLS Telecom does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

DLS Telecom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

 

Suspension

 

DLS Telecom may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, fraud, abuse, regulatory concerns, or violations of the AUP.

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
